Updated Policies and Safety Procedures

To ensure the ongoing safety of our clients and staff, we are taking a number of additional precautions based on guidance provided by the PA State Board of Cosmetology and the CDC.

What to expect when you arrive to your appointment:

• Upon arrival to the salon for your appointment, please call the front desk from your car to tell us that you are here. If your stylist is ready, we will bring you right in. If not we ask that you remain in your car and we'll call you as soon as they are.
• With restrictions on capacity guidelines you must come in alone.
• The front door will be the only entrance. At the front door, we will have a little station with masks, gloves and sanitizer.
• Your temperature will be taken using a contactless thermometer. If your temperature is above 100.4 ℉ or if you are showing any visible signs of illness, you will have to reschedule your service. If you are not feeling well, we request that you please stay home no matter how much you want to get your hair done.
• We will have you fill out a short health release form
• No hugging or hand shaking at least for now, but we still love you!
• Please feel free to bring a water bottle or coffee as our beverage service is temporarily suspended.
• Appointments are required to enter the building. As such, walk-in services have been temporarily suspended.
• Your Stylist or Esthetician will gather any products from the shelves you wish to purchase.
• Due to the unprecedented backlog of appointments, our 24-hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced out of respect for our stylists' time.
• A $3 safety and sanitation fee will be applied to each visit (retail only purchases excluded)

How we are keeping you safe at your appointment:

• Masks are required for both employees and clients at all times.
• Employees and clients will have their temperatures checked every day when they arrive
• Freshly cleaned and sanitized capes and towels will be used at each service
• Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the salon
• Shared magazines have been disposed of so bring some reading material if you choose.
• All station's surfaces and tools will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients.
• Shampoo bowls and chairs will be disinfected between each client. We will maintain a 6 foot distance between each stylist station.
• Credit card machines will be disinfected after every client. If you would like a touch free checkout you can read your credit card number to us.
